I was cosplaying Liet again the other day (my hair is actually the perfect length right now) and had lots of fun, so I decided to doodle him. Finally he came out looking like he does in my brain. Like a man. :I
He's probably one of my favourites and I can act normally and be mostly in character. XD
I haven't drawn canon characters in a while, have I? I've got to admit I'd been losing a lot of faith in the fandom recently, but a few weeks ago I watched the English dub of the second season and it's HILARIOUS. I love it.
Welp, back to studying for my Greek midterm tomorrow, I guess.
EDIT: COINCIDENTALLY, TODAY IS HIS INDEPENDENCE DAY! 22 years and going. >w<
Yay for manly Lithuania - I've seen too many arts of him looking like a girl. I've seen something that says that LietPol is like yaoi and yuri at the same time xD so I'm all for them being portrayed as their actual genders.
Hahaha, oh man I know. ;w; I've just recently become semi-skilled at not drawing shoulder-less girly-men and Liet always looking girly bothers me often. ...This coming from a girl who is so androgynous/masculine one of my friends thought I was a male Liet cosplayer when she first saw me. OTL XD;
Well you've definitely succeeded here! Congratulations And male Hetalia cosplayers aren't very common, I've noticed I saw a video on Youtube of a male North Italy cosplay, and everyone was freaking out about him
Really? cool. (Sorry for not commenting sooner I wasn't certain what to say, not that my comments probably mean that much to you). So you have stuff in common with Liet (or at least enough to seem similar when cosplaying)? No this is the first in a while, the fandom tends to vary but oh well. Good luck.
Ah well, if you're not sure what to say you don't have to force yourself. XD I appreciate comments though. Yeah, I'm pretty awkward and I say things without thinking sometimes and I flip between being easy to boss around and fiercely independent, I guess. XD;
Yes I know but I thought of something to say the second time so there is that. Okay. Yes that would work, hmm I think the only one I could keep my hair style with, and play would be Hungary, and as much as I admire her I really don't have much in common with her (not that I couldn't act I'm mostly thinking out loud well whatever the equivalent to that in typing is)

Hahaha, I know! I think I've only ever met one male Hetalia cosplayer in the past two or three years, haha.
