SO UH I DREW THIS TO EXPERIMENT WITH A STYLE I FOUND VIA THIS TUTORIAL. Of course Belarus was used as the example so I was all "YEAH I CAN USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE TO DO HETALIA FAN ART." XDD
