So anyway, today I was like DUDE I should probably get this done before midnight.
And it was. TAKE THAT PEOPLE AHEAD OF THE MOUNTAIN TIMEZONE. OR SOMETHING.

So, not only is this a celebratory picture of all those pieces of crap that litter my gallery from four years ago that I barely remember drawing, the pieces of crap I did between that time and the present, and all the pictures I did along the way that for a second, either while drawing them or after them, I thought "Hey, this is pretty good, I actually like what I've made" and then the next week went back to hating them- ER GETTING OFF TRACK
This is also a picture commemorating the year of 2008 and all that's happened and all I've done and such.
It's ALSO also a picture including my newest original characters, who I couldn't be prouder of.
Except for Simon. Cut your hair you weirdo.
XD I KID I KID HE'S SO LOVABLE.
But honestly, I love these guys. I love how much they've been able to grow in such a short amount of time (I believe Julie and Zach were created when: two years ago? Before the end of 2006, that's for sure. I can't remember if it was before Oishio or not.)
I love how they've all managed to develop separate personalities and take from my experiences, how they relate to each other and the world around them...
And I assure you, you will have lots of time to get to know them and watch them as I have in the future. By the time you get there though, they will very probably have changed a great deal more.
AND IT'S AN UNBIRTHDAY PICTURE FOR EVERYONE WHO'S BIRTHDAY ISN'T TODAY.

If you want to really love something, to discover something about yourself, make OCs. XD Not like fan ocs, just brain children you develop one day when you're bored at your grandma's house (That's how these guys came to be. XD) Each of them carries pieces of you, even if they're not the brightest shiniest pieces. XD Sometimes they force you to look at yourself.

This took me a while to finish. I started it when... let's ask the internets-
About the day before winter break/Simon's Birthday. So the 19th
Today I drew and coloured Vicky and threw the background together- which is made of various photos I took of:
- Fort Edmonton Park (THERE ARE CHICKENS IN THE PICTURES I SWEAR. You won't see them because they're behind Julie's chair) OMG HOW DID I MISS THAT RHYME!?
- My Backyard
- The stream near my house (You won't be able to see them at all in this picture but there are beavers there lol)

I filtered and hue'd (YES TOTALLY A VERB) the hell out of it and voila. AGHH IT GOT SO DARK IN THE MIDDLE THOUGH OH WELL.

Lol I got lazy after Nick and Simon. XDD I love Nick's earrings and the cookie he has in his hands (Yes it totally says Eat Me in photoshop frosting. )
You can't see it because of the STUPID OBNOXIOUS TEAPOT I PUT THERE but Vicky's holding a croquet mallet, modeled after the one I used to have *removes invisible hat in mourning* but coloured different. XD
Julie failed to dye her hair blonde. Or I failed at photoshop. You decide. XD Totally intentional. Kinda.
She doesn't get any tea. D= Not that she particularly likes tea. Hot chocolate and coke are more her thing.
Zach is the dormouse. He's sleeping. I was going to put him in a teapot and put Simon's arm on the lid trying to shove him in but... I dunno. XD

I was going to put myself in as the Cheshire cat but I didn't... Ah well.

I have full versions of most of the outfits at the moment. Would you like to see them???????

Thank you dear viewers, for watching me. Thank you to those who've been around forever and those who may have watched me a few days ago. Thanks even to those pesky silent watchers that I LOATHE WITH EVERY FIBRE OF MY BEING BECAUSE IT'S LIKE THEY'RE DEAD AND THEY FORGOT TO TELL ME but it's okay because I'm sometimes a silent watcher too.
